The “Shameless Self-Promotion” series continues Nov. 29 with “Social Media for Women Faculty.” At the event, writer Jill Miller Zimon will present tips on using social media to keep research alive, network, create a meaningful blog and self-promote. Her work has been featured in the Washington Post, The New York Times, The Plain Dealer, CNN, CSPAN, BBC and WCPN.
All attendees are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early or stay a few minutes late for a complimentary headshot they can use in self-promotion.
