The Connor Integrative Medicine Network offers a discounted rate for four-week sessions of floor yoga and chair yoga at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. Employees pay $40 for the four-week series.
Floor yoga classes will be offered in two four-week series: Tuesday evenings, March 6-27 from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Bolwell Building, sixth floor, or Thursday evenings, March 8-29 from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Bolwell Building, sixth floor.
A chair yoga four-week course will be held Friday afternoons March 9-30 from noon to 1 p.m. in University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital Room 3101.
