“Finding Gratitude Through Difficult Times”

The worldwide pandemic, social unrest and financial instability have made it difficult to find the upside in these difficult times. The good news is that when you develop the habit of gratitude, life can become much easier—for you and for everyone around you.

The Wellness Program will offer faculty and staff an engaging and interactive program with gratitude professional Lisa Ryan.

In a one-hour webinar, Ryan will share best practices, stories and activities to harness the power of appreciation. “Finding Gratitude Through Difficult Times” will be held Wednesday, Feb. 10, at 12:30 p.m.

This interactive session will offer insight, ideas and inspiration, with the goal of leaving participants energized, enthused and excited to act.

Participants will explore the research behind appreciation and how it changes outlook, experience a few mindfulness practices that reduce stress, implement gratitude strategies (Grategies) to strengthen relationships and discuss how having a gratitude practice helps both managers and employees thrive in the workplace.

Register for the session. A recording of the session will be sent to all registrants after the session is complete.
