Find out how you can become a better problem-solver and manager by focusing on the positive

Appreciative inquiry turns standard change management and problem-solving on its head by redirecting energy and attention to core strengths, making it applicable across a wide range of industries.

Weatherhead Executive Education will offer a four-day virtual workshop with appreciative inquiry pioneer David Cooperrider.

Participants will have the chance to engage with a powerful and creative group of peers and learn how to ask the questions that open the floodgates for positive change.

The “Appreciative Inquiry: Leveraging Strengths for Transformative, Lasting Change” workshop will be held virtually March 6–9 from 1 to 5 p.m. each day.

Case Western Reserve University employees can receive a 30% discount on this program. Affiliate partners may use their seats.
