Find out best practices for multi-national classrooms at April 14 UCITE session

When faculty members teach students with different educational and cultural backgrounds, expectations of an individual’s “home” educational system tend to arise, and with that can come biases, even frustrations.

How do we best teach if our students have been brought up in an entirely different educational environment, with different norms and different expectations?

The next University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education session will address best practices for our ever expanding, multi-national classrooms.

The session will be held Thursday, April 14, from noon to 1 p.m. in in the Allen Memorial Medical Library’s Herrick Room (use Adelbert Road doors).

Pizza and sodas will be provided at this session. RSVP to ucite@case.edu.
