Find out about the Fowler Center’s role in creating sustainable value in nonprofits

Roger Saillant

On Oct. 26, Roger Saillant, executive director of the Fowler Center for Sustainable Value, and Beau Daane, manager of the Fowler Center, will lead a discussion on “The Fowler Center: Its Role in Creating Sustainable Value in Nonprofit Organizations.” The Fowler Center, based in the Weatherhead School of Management, will discuss how sustainable value might relate to nonprofit institutions and how resiliency and sustainability show up in the nonprofit world.

This presentation also will describe in-depth the role of the Fowler Center in the UN Global Compact initiative. This voluntary sustainability reporting and practice initiative is the largest in the world, with 103 networks worldwide. The Global Compact focuses on four main areas in sustainability: human rights, labor rights, environment and anti-corruption.

The discussion will take place from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in the Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations Room 115. RSVP to Rebecca Zirm at rez4@case.edu or 368.6025.

Light refreshments will be served.
