The CWRU Film Society and Studio 300 will host screenings of The Cat in the Hat (2003) Friday, April 7, at 7 p.m., 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. in Strosacker Auditorium.
Directed by Bo Welch, the film stars Mike Meyers, Spencer Breslin and Dakota Fanning.
Tickets are available for $4 and can be purchased through CampusGroups.
Synopsis
Conrad and Sally Walden are home alone with their pet fish. It is raining outside, and there is nothing to do… until the Cat in the Hat walks in the front door. He introduces them to their imagination, and at first it’s all fun and games, until things get out of hand. The Cat must go, go, go, before their mother gets back, but their pompous neighbor has bigger plans for them.
