Family Business Series: “Unleashing Leadership Potential in the Family through Emotional Intelligence”

Weatherhead School of Management’s Center for Family Business is dedicated to empowering multi-generational family businesses and their families to thrive across generations.

Members of the Case Western Reserve University community are invited to participate in the first session in the Family Business Series Wednesday, Sept. 25, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center ballroom.

The Family Business Series consists of programs specifically designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities of family businesses.

This program, titled “Unleashing Leadership Potential in the Family through Emotional Intelligence,” will address the importance of resonant leadership and why it is so critical in leading the family enterprise.

Scott Taylor, professor of organizational behavior, will lead this session. Taylor has conducted extensive research in leader assessment and development and experience in applying these insights with family businesses.
