Tuition charges and fees for fall 2015 will be calculated and posted on students’ accounts beginning next week. Financial aid generated and maintained by Case Western Reserve will post at this time as well.
Students and authorized users may sign in to SIS to see charges due Friday, Sept. 4.
The tuition due date coincides with the last day of the drop/add period—the timeframe during which students may freely make changes to their semester course registrations.
Private sources of financial aid
Outside scholarships, private loans or any other private source of financial aid will appear once funds arrive and can be processed. Checks for outside scholarships should be made out to the student personally. The student should endorse the check and bring it to the fourth floor of Yost Hall.
Students of CWRU employees
If your parent is an employee and you are expecting a waiver of your tuition, your parent must complete a waiver form and have it sent to the Department of Human Resources. Waivers will be posted after July 1.
State college savings plans
There are variations in the way states pay for tuition from 529 college savings programs.
If the student’s state requires that CWRU bill them, please contact Student Financial Services at 216.368.2226 or studentaccounts@case.edu. If the state requires that the student notify them when payment is due, do so in a timely manner, as late payments will result in late fees.
If you have any questions about fall tuition and fees, please contact studentaccounts@case.edu or call 216.368.2226.
