Case Western Reserve University’s annual Fall Leadership Series exposes undergraduate and graduate students to the knowledge, skills and resources necessary to lead with purpose, so participants are inspired to positively impact CWRU’s student organization and leadership community.
The next workshop in the Fall Leadership Series is “Inclusive Leadership,” which will take place Wednesday, Nov. 4, at 7 p.m. (EST). What does it mean to lead inclusively? How do we move beyond buzzwords to actions that cultivate a climate that values and honors all voices? How do we ensure our actions as leaders do not unintentionally create exclusion?
Led by Dana Lawless-Andric, associate vice president of university outreach and engagement at Kent State University, this workshop will explore these questions and provide tools leaders can use to build inclusive teams and organizations.
Both students and staff are welcome to join this workshop, which is offered through the Office of Student Activities & Leadership. Registration is open on CampusGroups.
