Fall convocation will be held at Severance Hall Aug. 29 beginning at 4:30 p.m., and faculty members are encouraged to take part in the procession. If you intend to participate in the faculty procession, register online by Aug. 27.
All faculty members participating in the academic procession must be dressed in proper attire and are responsible for obtaining their own academic regalia from the University Bookstore.
Faculty members who march in the academic procession do not require tickets for themselves, but all other guests should reserve tickets online or through the Severance Hall box office at 216.231.1111.
During convocation, this year’s Distinguished University Professors will be honored, and there will be a keynote address by William Kamkwamba, author of the New York Times bestseller The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind.
