CWRU program aims to get more Romanian families to adopt orphans
The Plain Dealer: Victor Groza, the Grace F. Brody Professor of Parent-Child Studies, Zoe Breen Wood, assistant professor in the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, and Cristina Nedelcu, who graduated with an MSSA in 2002 from Case Western Reserve University, developed programs to help Romanian families consider the idea of domestic adoption.
