Interested in seeing your research move from the lab to the market to solve high-impact problems? Hear from the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship at the Office of Faculty Development’s Faculty Fridays session April 14 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Allen Memorial Medical Library Building’s Herrick Room.
The Veale Institute offers a one-year faculty entrepreneurship program designed to walk faculty members through the entrepreneurship journey, provide a framework for developing their value proposition, and share resources, including seed funding to help them explore the market potential or progress work on a prototype without committing to a startup.
Applications for the 2023–24 Faculty Entrepreneurship Fellows program will open in early April.
Mindy Baierl, senior director of the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship, and the inaugural Faculty Entrepreneurship Fellows—Kati Daltorio, Brian Gran and Bill Yu—will discuss the innovative program during the April 14 Faculty Fridays session.
