Join the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) Thursday, Oct. 22, at 1 p.m. to continue the Faculty Focus series, which highlights diverse faculty members in the CWRU community. The first feature for the year is Cassi Pittman Claytor, the Climo Junior Professor from the Department of Sociology.
The Faculty Focus series aims to share more about not only the research of faculty members, but also how their identities shape the work they do. OMA is committed to giving faculty of color the opportunity to share their work with the campus community in a personal way.
During her session, Pittman Claytor will talk about her original research and her upcoming book Black Privilege: Modern Middle-Class Blacks with Credentials and Cash to Spend.
