Smartphones are pervasive and, perhaps, invasive. Yet, they can be useful.
At the next University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education session, Mike Kenney, assistant director for faculty support in teaching and learning technology, will share some tips and teaching ideas to help faculty think of using mobile devices in the classroom as an asset instead of a problem. He will explain how faculty can use mobile technology to enhance their interaction with students and maybe even improve their teaching.
The session will be held Thursday, June 23, from noon to 1 p.m. in the Allen Memorial Medical Library’s Herrick Room (use Adelbert Road doors).
Pizza and sodas will be provided at this session. RSVP to ucite@case.edu.
