During the week of Jan. 6, full-time faculty who were hired before April 2013 will receive an email from Provost and Executive Vice President W.A. “Bud” Baeslack with an invitation to participate in the Faculty Climate Survey.
The survey is a follow-up to the 2010 survey and is designed to help the university learn more about the experiences of faculty members.
The results of the 2010 survey led to the creation of a faculty development office and multiple school-level initiatives to further improve leadership, support for research, and overall faculty satisfaction and retention.
