Faculty and staff invited to learn more about career development with Professional Development Center resources

The Professional Development Center (PDC) at Case Western Reserve University is excited to start a new school year with a brand-new staff dedicated to the training and development of university staff. The PDC’s mission is to provide Case Western Reserve employees with comprehensive, high-quality learning and development resources that advance the performance of the individual and the university.

Andrea Hess is the career development manager in the PDC. Andrea’s focus is to work with staff in personalized career coaching and development sessions geared toward helping staff advance their career goals. Kolleen Sullivan is the training manager for the PDC. Sullivan’s main focus and responsibilities will be to work with the campus community to develop and facilitate training opportunities and events to help individuals grow within different areas of their personal and professional adventures.
