Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine will host the annual Global Health Conference “Exploring the Ethics of Global Health Work.” The event will take place Thursday, Feb. 20, from 3 to 6 p.m. in Samson Pavilion Room 181.
Two keynote speakers will share their experiences and work in the realm of global health ethics. Next, there will be a viewing of a documentary on the ethics of global health work, specifically medical mission trips, and a facilitated small group discussion.
The event is geared toward health professional trainees (medical, physician assistant, nursing), as well as residents, fellows, and attending health professionals who are interested in better understanding or conducting global health work.
