“Expanding Research Together: A Team Building Experience in Global Biomedical Innovation and Entrepreneurship”

Join the Case Western Reserve University Clinical and Translational Science Collaborative and partners from Taipei Medical University for an event titled “Expanding Research Together: A Team Building Experience in Global Biomedical Innovation and Entrepreneurship.” The event will be held Thursday, May 23, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Frank N. and Jocelyne K. Linsalata Alumni Center.

Attendees will learn about global collaboration and innovation, participate in workshops, and network with people from across the globe. The program will include keynote speakers, pitch-style scientific presentations, and workshops on team building and crafting an elevator pitch.

Keynote speakers will be:

  • Steven Almo, president of the Institute for Protein Innovation and chair of the Department of Biochemistry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine; and
  • Jackie Acho, president of The Acho Group and author of Empathy Deficit Disorder.
