Reuters: President Barack Obama’s plan to use the Environmental Protection Agency to drive climate change could be in peril. “It’s certainly possible that the EPA has recognized that it needs to be a little less aggressive in its interpretation and implementation of its authority,” said Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law.
