Enrollment open for spring iteration of UNIV401: Advanced Professional Development for University Teaching

Case Western Reserve University graduate students and postdocs are invited to participate in the UNIV401: Advanced Professional Development for University Teaching seminar this spring.

This course will teach participants innovative, effective and evidence-based teaching strategies that can be used as they transition into faculty positions in higher education. Taught by experienced instructors, the seminar offers participants the chance to learn effective teaching strategies useful across major disciplines. 

This 14-week seminar will take place from 10 to 11:15 a.m. on Tuesdays during the spring semester. Enrollees will be expected to read assigned literature, complete a weekly journal response and participate fully in all discussions. Spaces are limited to 15 participants.

Graduate students can register via the Student Information System.

Postdocs will need to register as an auditor. Get more information about the process.
