Case Western Reserve University students can register for summer courses beginning today (April 2). Taking courses in the summer session can shorten the time it takes to complete a degree, reduce course load, allow students to focus on challenging courses, fulfill general education requirements and improve performances in previously taken classes.
There are also a number of activities to enjoy in Cleveland during the summer, including barbeques on campus, Wade Oval Wednesdays, days at the lakefront and baseball games.
Students can browse the schedule of classes on the Student Information System, including new courses for Summer Session 2018:
- Premedical Concepts and Review: MCAT Preparation
- Sex and the City: Gender & Urban History
- Chemistry of Fermentation and Brewing
Tuition for undergraduate courses numbered 1-399 will be half of the price of courses taken during the regular academic year.
All visiting and non-degree students will be able to register starting Tuesday, April 10.
