Enroll in a course to improve your spoken English skills

Graduate students, professional students, and postdocs looking to increase their ability to speak English fluently and improve their presentation and communication skills should enroll in UNIV 402C, a free, zero-credit hour course this spring. Class members will improve their academic English skills in formal settings, including speaking confidently and listening attentively. Discussions, practice and assignments will be applicable in academic and professional settings. Participants also will have the opportunity to meet others from around campus.

The deadline to enroll in UNIV 402C is Monday, Jan. 30. The class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 to 5:15 p.m. in Tomlinson Hall, Room 135, beginning Tuesday, Jan. 31. Enrollment limited to 10 participants.
