Last month, William Marling, an English professor at the College of Arts and Sciences, served as a member of the organizing committee for the Aimer Charles Bukowski conference at the Université Bordeaux Montaigne in Bordeaux, France.
He later presented a closing paper titled “Charles Bukoski’s drawings: Sketching Europe in Los Angeles,”, which was the first-ever examination of the subject.
