The New York Times: Nickelodeon is re-launching the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles this weekend as a computer-animated animated series. The original concept intrigued people because it was a mash-up and parody of various comics, and it turned the superhero formula on its head, among other reasons explained Brad Ricca, a lecturer in the English department.
