Sunniva Collins, associate professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering, will be awarded the Cleveland Technical Societies Council’s Technical Educator Award at the 68th annual achievement and awards event May 5.
The award is bestowed annually to individuals in the field of engineering who have demonstrated outstanding performance, creative ability and technical conduct in their profession.
Collins was nominated by the ASM Cleveland Chapter, a materials science and engineering society, for her technical education contributions.
