Anant Madabhushi, director of the Center for Computational Imaging and Personalized Diagnostics (CCIPD), was recently recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business as a 2021 Notable Entrepreneur for developing artificial intelligence tools that help doctors prevent, predict, and more effectively treat cancers, COVID-19, and other diseases.
Madabhushi was recognized alongside 53 other entrepreneurs from the Cleveland area. This year’s entrepreneurs were acknowledged for their “vibrant and forward-thinking” contributions to the local economy, and their potential to help sustain business in Cleveland as they rebound from the pandemic.
