The Professional Development Center (PDC) aims to provide Case Western Reserve University employees with comprehensive, high-quality learning and development resources that advance the performance of the individual and the university.
The center has kicked off fall training sessions, with plenty of opportunities this month. View the calendar of available sessions on the PDC website for more information. Employees can register for sessions through CampusGroups on the HR Professional Development Center page.
Additionally, those who are interested in earning the Employee Supervision Certificate are encouraged to review the program requirements.
Career Development Consultations also run yearlong. These sessions offer space for staff to work with the career development manager in a one-on-one capacity on a variety of topics. These sessions are an opportunity for confidential meetings on topics such as preparing for a difficult conversation, performance evaluation and self assessment assistance, working on skills like time management or organization, and more!
