“Encyclopedia of Cleveland History” editor to discuss how it’s adapting to remain competitive

John Grabowski, Krieger-Mueller Associate Professor in Applied History, will lead the next Faculty Work-in-Progress seminar, “A New Future for the Past: The Encyclopedia of Cleveland History.” Grabowski, editor of ECH, will discuss how, in the midst of the growing number of online wikis, blogs and social networks, the encyclopedia must adapt to remain competitive.

The discussion will be held Feb. 9, with a reception beginning at 4:15 p.m. and the talk at 4:30 p.m. in Clark Hall 206.

Though the event is free and open to the public, registration is recommended. Visit case.edu/humanities to learn more and to RSVP.
