The Employee Wellness Program will offer two free activity classes on muscle conditioning.
The classes entail a resistance-training workout using weights, bands, exercise balls and tubing to improve muscle endurance and tone the entire body.
The classes will be held Monday, Oct. 15, and Friday, Oct. 19, from noon to 1 p.m. at 121 Fitness Center.
