Stress is a fact of life; there is no escaping it. Some people cope with stress in ways that compound the problem, but there are many healthy ways to manage and cope with stress. Through developing emotional resiliency, individuals can bounce back to their typical emotional states, regardless of stressful events and pressure.
Case Western Reserve University’s employee assistance provider, IMPACT Solutions, is offering a webinar, “Emotional Resilience: From Stress to Success,” Tuesday, May 3, at 11 a.m. This workshop will explore resiliency techniques to enhance work styles as well as to manage other day-to-day life events.
