“Emotional Resilience: From Stress to Success”

Stress is a fact of life and there is no escaping it. Unfortunately, many people cope with stress in ways that compound the problem. By developing emotional resiliency, individuals can bounce back to their normal emotional states regardless of stressful events and pressure.

IMPACT Solutions will host a workshop titled “Emotional Resilience: From Stress to Success” Monday, Nov. 14, at 2 p.m. via Zoom. This workshop will teach resiliency techniques to enhance work styles for better patient care experiences as well as managing other day to day life events.
