Due to a scheduled upgrade, the Advance system will be unavailable from Friday, Sept. 11, from 6 p.m. to Monday, Sept. 14, at 8 a.m.
In addition to moving onto the Advance 2019 platform, effective Monday, Sept. 14, AWA also will include the two-factor authentication (DUO).
The login experience will look similar to the current FortiClient (VPN) DUO experience, where users do not see a screen prompt. Instead, users will have to tap “approve” on their Mobile DUO app (or answer the phone call in order to authenticate and establish their connection if that is their primary DUO communication setting).
