Eldred Theater will present The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee Nov. 14-23.
The musical features six quirky students who compete in the annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, which is run by three equally quirky adults. This musical brings out the nerdy competitor in everyone, and challenges the audience to see if they could do as well as the students.
The undergraduate cast includes: Amnon Carmi as Chip Tolentino (also Jesus), Alexis Attinoto as Logainne Schwartz and Grubenniere, Zachary Palumbo as Leaf Coneybear (also ‘Carl Dad’), Evan Bramberg as William Barfée, Natalie El Dabh as Marcy Park, Bessie Bulman as Olive Ostrovsky, Sara Bogomolny as Rona Lisa Perretti (also Olive’s Mom), Brett DiCello as Douglas Panch (also Olive’s Dad) and Jason Sleisenger as Mitch Mahoney (also ‘Dan Dad’).
Student tickets are $5, seniors and Case Western Reserve faculty and staff tickets are $7 and all others are $10.
