On Monday, Feb. 15, a sample of CWRU students, faculty and staff received an email from Associate Provost and University Librarian Arnold Hirshon with an invitation to participate in the Kelvin Smith Library User Satisfaction Survey.
Designed to learn more about the experiences of library users and measure satisfaction with Kelvin Smith Library, the survey will provide valuable information to enhance resources, services and spaces. Responses will remain confidential and have no impact on the participant’s standing with CWRU.
Each person who completes the survey will receive a coupon for a free beverage from Cramelot Café. In addition, every 50th person will be awarded a $50 gift card. At the close of the survey, all participants will be entered in a grand prize drawing for a chance to win an iPad mini.
