The African-American Society will sponsor an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Thursday, Jan. 22, from 2 to 7 p.m. in the Wade Pioneer Room in Wade Commons.
Approximately 900 pints of blood are needed daily to meet the need of Northeast Ohio hospitals and medical institutions, and each pint of blood can save up to three lives.
Donors are encouraged to make an appointment online, but walk-ins are also welcomed.
