Donate menstrual hygiene products

In 2019 a survey by Reuters’ Health, revealed that one in five females struggle with affording menstrual hygiene items. Imagine the impact that would have on someone attending school, going to a job, on an interview etc.

Saturday October 22, 2022, on “Make a Difference Day”, PADS will host our third annual donation drive for menstrual hygiene products at First Baptist Church of Greater Cleveland, 3630 Fairmount Blvd. Shaker Height, Ohio 44118, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Along with in kind donations of pads, tampons, menstrual cups, period panties etc., we will accept monetary donations. Over the past 12 months PADS has gotten these essential products in the hands of over 600 underserved girls and women in our community! Last year the City of Cleveland, surrounding suburbs, neighbors, church members, college campuses, high school kids etc. all showed up and donated over 4000 items. In a club, group or sorority? Reach to your cohorts to see if they can make a bulk donation to our cause. It may be easier if you collect the items beforehand, and one person does the drop off.

If you are unable to drive by and drop off the DAY OF the drive, please feel free to drop off during regular business hours prior to this date. Normal office hours for First Baptist Church are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, and of course open on Sundays during worship.

For monetary donations, visit www.prideamongdaughters.org and click the yellow Donate button, make checks payable to PADS.
