The Baker-Nord Center for the Humanities’ Revolution Film Series will continue Monday, March 25, with a showing of My Perestroika. The documentary will be shown from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Wolstein Research Building auditorium.
Robin Hessman, a Russian-trained documentary filmmaker and producer, will introduce My Perestroika, a film project she began directing in 2004 as a filmmaker in residence at WGBH Boston. This award-winning feature-length documentary about the lives of five ordinary families premiered at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival and was screened in New York as part of the New Directors/New Films series, curated by the Museum of Modern Art and the Film Society of Lincoln Center.
Hessman will answer questions from the audience after the screening.
