Alex Rothbaum and Ellen Doernberg, doctoral candidates in clinical psychology, penned an article titled “Medical research needs you so health care can make progress.” Published by cleveland.com, their piece made a case for how public participation is essential for advances in medical research. They also spelled out how people can make sure any study they may consider is legitimate and ethically monitored.
