Faculty and staff will gather next week to connect with one another and share best practices, all for the benefit of Case Western Reserve University’s students.
The Division of Student Affairs will host the event, the third annual Student Success Summit, which is themed “Pathways Forward.” It is planned for Tuesday, July 23, and Wednesday, July 24, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Thwing Center ballroom.
But it’s not just through this event that the division promotes the growth and development of students; it supports undergraduate and graduate students year-round by overseeing departments that address varying aspects of the student experience, whether academic or co-curricular.
Through the division, students can find help in many areas of their lives, whether they want to engage in community service opportunities, build a sense of community around diversity and inclusion or connect with health and wellness services.
The division also provides opportunities for involvement on campus. From athletics and Greek life, to student-led organizations, there are many ways the division helps students engage with their community and each other.
Faculty and Staff can also find valuable resources through the Division of Student Affairs on topics including community concerns reporting, classroom management, students in distress and much more. But the division’s reach isn’t limited to just those topics. View a list of the departments.
The division also connects students with a variety of services, like CampusGroups, the Free Access Program, space and event rentals, commuter services and more.
