The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Learning Group in the Department of Population and Quantitative Sciences will host its next meeting Thursday, Nov. 9, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Wolstein Research Building, Room 1223B.
The group meets on the second Thursday of each month to discuss articles relevant to diversity issues in population health research to learn how to include diverse perspectives in research, and build new collaborations and networks together.
This group is a safe space for anyone who wants to expand their knowledge and skills related to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and is for people who are both new to these topics in research and those who have been working in this space.
The topic of the Nov. 9 meeting will be “DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Wins!”
While the group encourages in-person attendance, those who cannot attend may be provided with a Zoom link. Email Rebecca Miller at rdm124@case.edu to be added to the invite.
