Cleveland author delves into the history of death in new book
The Plain Dealer: Brandy Schillace, research associate and public engagement fellow at the Dittrick Museum of Medical History, explained why she decided to write her most recent book, Death’s Summer Coat: What the History of Death and Dying Teaches Us about Life and Living, and why death is an important topic, noting it’s “one of two things all people in the world will go through—birth and death.”
