Author to visit campus Feb. 28 for talk on ethics of global climate change

Donald Brown, author of American Heat: Ethical Problems with the U.S. Response to Global Warming, will examine the ethical questions of climate change during a free, public talk at Case Western Reserve University.

“Navigating the Perfect Moral Storm: Climate Change Ethics in Light of a 35-Year Debate,” sponsored by the Baker-Nord Center for the Humanities at Case Western Reserve, will be presented at 6 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 28, in Clark Hall 309.

Brown, a scholar in residence for sustainability ethics and law at the Widener Environmental Law Center at Pennsylvania State University, has written and lectured about climate change in 23 countries over the last 20 years.
