This week’s Faculty Friday event for students will feature a casual discussion on cartoons Feb. 26 from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. in Nord Hall, Room 356.
Daniel Goldmark, professor of music, head of popular music and director of the Center for Popular Music Studies, will present “Animated Cartoons: The Last 100 Years.”
Goldmark has worked in the record and animation industries, and is the author or editor of numerous books on popular music, film and cartoons.
Lunch will be provided at the event.
