Discover your best stress-reducing strategy with Wellness Program series

Everyone has their own way of dealing with the stresses in their life. Some of these habits are helpful, while others are less so. To help faculty and staff find their best stress responses, the Wellness Program will offer “Release, Relax and Reach,” an eight-week series starting Jan. 7. 

During the series, participants will try out different strategies to reduce stress and brainstorm with one another to find the best solutions.
