University employees can take a four-week meditation series at University Hospitals Case Medical Center for a discounted rate of $40. The class series, Meditation 102, expands on skills gained in Meditation 101, including increasing understanding, awareness and practice and gaining emotional, mental, spiritual and physical benefits.
The first four-week session begins March 5 and will be held every Monday until March 26; the second session runs Mondays, April 2-23. All classes are held from noon to 1 p.m. in Bolwell B.
The class is open to the public for $60.
