Throughout July, we will highlight several different discount programs available to the Case Western Reserve University community.
Discounts available to members of the Case Western Reserve University community are wide-ranging, whether you’re looking for reduced-price tickets to a Playhouse Square show or want to purchase a new computer.
Here’s information about a few of the discounts offered to the campus community.
Access Services
Faculty, staff and students can get discounts on a variety of entertainment options through Access Services. Movie tickets are available at reduced prices (in some instances, such as matinee showings, tickets purchased at the box office will be cheaper) at both Regal Cinemas and AMC Theaters. These tickets do not expire. Tickets can be purchased during Access Services office hours.
Members of the community also can get a discount on Cedar Point tickets through the ticketsatwork.com website.

Child care
KinderCare Learning Centers offer a 10 percent discount on tuition at all of its locations to faculty and staff at Case Western Reserve. To take advantage of the discount, individuals must show proof of employment to center directors.

Computers
Is it time to update your personal or work computer? Through University Technology’s eStore, members of the Case Western Reserve community can get discounts on both Dell and Apple products.
Individuals can work with their manager to begin the process of making an institutional purchase. Meanwhile, anyone with a CWRU affiliation can take advantage of discounts for personal use.

Playhouse Square
As part of the Playhouse Square Corporate Exclusive Online Ticketing Program, employees and students can purchase tickets—often before they go on sale to the general public—at a discounted rate, which varies based on seat location and performance.
To get the discount, individuals must visit tickets.playhousesquare.org/g02 and enter promo code CWRU. Please note: The discounts only are available at this link and with the promo code entered.
