Developing Resilience and Anxiety Management in Adolescents (DRAMA) Study

We are conducting a study to observe the effectiveness of theatrical improvisation combined with traditional CBT techniques in helping adolescents with elevated anxiety and depression.

The study will involve participating in weekly guided improvisation activities that also include traditional cognitive-behavioral techniques. Participants will also be asked questions about their levels of anxiety and stress before and after each group session. The goal of this study is to learn more about the effectiveness of an improv group course helping adolescents with elevated anxiety and depression. This type of research will help us to learn more novel ways to help adolescents with elevated levels of anxiety and depression. Please visit our website: https://psychsciences.case.edu/project-drama/
