Graduate and undergraduate students are invited to attend Koru Mindfulness, a four-session course that teaches a wide variety of mindfulness skills in a group learning environment. These skills will help participants incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives so that they can experience the benefits of less stress, better sleep and improved self-compassion.
Sessions will be held Tuesdays in February (Feb. 7, 14, 21 and 28) from 3–4:15 p.m via Zoom. Please make sure that you can attend all four sessions, as registration is limited to twelve participants.
Sponsored by the Office of Student Advancement and University Health and Counseling Services, this program is open to all Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland of Music and Kent State University Podiatry students.
All sessions will be held virtually, and students must register in advance. The Zoom links will be sent after registration. All times are Eastern Standard.
