Develop program management skills through Weatherhead Executive Education offerings

Almost everyone has been responsible for a project or deliverable even if project management isn’t a formal part of their role. Complex projects can be derailed due to communication problems, time uncertainties and lack of coordination.

Members of the Case Western Reserve University community are invited to consider participating in Weatherhead Executive Education’s “Project Execution: Organizing Team and Time Resources” program Nov. 1–2. This two-day in-person workshop will introduce the Critical Chain Project Management framework (CCPM) for project planning and implementation.

Case Western Reserve University employees receive a 40% discount on this program. Affiliate partners may use their seats. To register or for more information, contact Weatherhead Executive Education at 216.368.6413 or seminars@case.edu.
